1. SERVICES
Blossom Spa by Merry provides esthetic, skincare, beauty, and wellness services, including but not limited to Hydrafacial treatments, facials, body treatments, scalp treatments, lash services, and waxing services. All services are subject to availability and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKINGS
Appointments can be booked through our online booking system at:

Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled visit.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a $50 cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. By booking with Blossom Spa by Merry, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. LATE ARRIVALS
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened service time in order to avoid delays for other scheduled appointments. In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, recent cosmetic procedures, or other health concerns before receiving treatment. Blossom Spa by Merry reserves the right to decline or modify a service if it is determined that the treatment may not be appropriate or safe.

6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results may vary from client to client depending on individual skin type, condition, aftercare, and consistency of treatments. We do not guarantee identical results for every client.
